Hi, I’m Rob!

Football journalist, dad of three wonderful children and creator of Starlet Media.

Football has been a massive part of my life ever since I got my first second-hand Manchester United black away shirt (still my favourite kit!) and the 1994 Merlin’s Premier League sticker book (if you know, you know) - at the same age my eldest child, Ryan (7), is now.

These days, I’m experiencing the sport from a whole new perspective: as a parent.

From kicking a ball around the living room, to Ryan’s first grassroots matches, to planning his “Football Legends” birthday party, my wife Anya and I are learning new things all the time - and I know there are many other parents in the same boat.

I created Starlet Media to share our family’s football experiences - but more importantly, to build a community of football-loving families with their own stories to tell.
